Hi folks.. Well, I bought a motorcycle in Connecticut from a dealer.
When we talked about the bike he told me it was new. When I drove out,
turns out it is a demo supposedly. Unfortunately I did not look the
bike over good enough. It had a flat but he told me it was just from
shipping so I did not get to ride it. Had a couple of issues but he
told me that was shipping too. Anyway, now I am going over the bike
and underneath, etc. and see it has been crashed and fixed. I will not
know until I get the tire back today if the frame or forks are bent. I
don't even want to know. My question is. I bought this bike from a
small shop in CT. He did write as is on the receipt and I did sign. Am
I stuck with this bike or do I have a three day recourse by law.. Any
help would be appreciated, Thanks, Scotty

Varies by state. I'd try hard to work it out with the dealer
TODAY.
A receipt isn't a contract. Did you get anything saying the bike
was new?
What's the name of the shop?
