After returning the junk cylinder to the Ebay seller, Ebay/paypal has
agreed to return my money. On the bright side, the goober/seller has
learned a valuable lesson in mechanical standards. Engine cylinders
with a piston pin score in the bore are unacceptable. I hope he uses
the part in his own bike.

Glad you got satisfaction.. Did you use some special program (like buyer
insurance) or does E-Bay back all their sales? I am not familiar with
the selling end of ebay...

Ebay/Paypal offers a guarntee toprovide protection ostensibly to
protect the BUYER. They know that's where the money comes from. I was
finaly sent a message that said after I opened a complaint with Paypal
that they had decided in my favor. If I were able to use the RMD group
to handle the investigation the SELLER would be lying flat on the
ground by now. OF
