A bunch of riders need to just stop and beat the shit out of him... As
far as I am concerened if i was the rider, I would react as if this guy
was trying to kill me... and respond in kind..

I didn't see where this incident was reported to the police. Looks like
they got a pretty good shot of the guy, the sneakers, and the footpeg
hole :) in his pants, the jacket, etc.. They should be running the
footage locally, and see if anybody can identify him. Weather he was an
eco terrorist, or interested in one of the kids racing, you can be sure
he was up to no good... He needs to be found.

My guess is that he reads the forums on the VXCS and VCHSS sites. He's got
to know where the races are in the first place and this looks like the
first VXCS event he's been spotted at.
I've informed some of the local parks to be watching for someone showing up
solo heading into the woods on foot or maybe with a backpack to change
clothes or whatever.
