Well, the slashed tire pictures from two years ago made it into the legal
system last week. Exhibit A. Her defense objected, but was overruled.  The
latest stunt involved her hiring a locksmith to get at my computer and
hauling it off for a complete disk copy. She lied to the police about the
locksmith, so he was the first witness. Judges don't like it when people lie
to the police. The drive copy was halted & erased.

Also heard in court:

"He has a gun and he knows how to use it"

How many folks do you know of that have guns but don't know how to use them?
Perhaps they keep them around for a spare hammer, or paperweight? Can a 22
rifle be used as a tire iron?

I'm now in my own house with my daughter. The STBX was lectured at length
about her juvenile behavior.

I sometimes think I'm living in a bad Twilight Zone episode.  I keep waiting
for the show to end.  Perhaps I'll have a short commercial intermission
now....

I wish I had some encouraging news for you.  I only had the one marriage and
divorce, had to give her half.  I cried in my beer and moved on.  No kids to
fight over.

Maybe Jim, my hero, on his eleventhieth wife could offer more meaningful
insight <grin>.

Not really. But it would make a nice frame splint.

Best wishes. And watch your back.

Nice piece of evidence, congratulations.

Um...wow.

Well, maybe once you've broken the bead.

Must've felt pretty damn good to hear.

Hang in there Jeff. This, too, shall pass.

Wow. Isn't breaking into a locked home a felony?

Truly amazing.  There is hope for the future of the US court system.

Brahahah!  Whould she rather prefer lack of knowledge?

Get one of those "stand off 300 yards from my house" orders.

Pray it's not an episode of Lost.  Got the "first season" from my sister
for last Christmas.  My wife and i watched two episodes per evening over
the holidays.  Judging from the tiresome progress, we decided that we
don't have the spare time and the patience to watch the next season.

Jeff, my fingers are crossed for you.   How's your daughter taking that?
Young kids suffer enormously under a divorce, juveniles' probably too.
