I'm not even sure they are available for a 2001 xc300.
I found carbon fiber ones for $250, but that's not going to happen.
Perhaps I'll have to use some generic adhesive material...
any clues?
TIA,
Dean

I'd guess that guards for an old KX250 would fit. The older GG frames
were KX copies, weren't they?

I think the OEM '05 and later will fit with a bit of trimming on the
right side guard for the different rear master cylinder. If Jim
doesn't chime in with a definitive answer you might try posting your
question on the gasgasrider.org site.

Hi Dave,
It was great to see you at the Wudi13 ride!
Dean,
The black plastic frame guards that came stock on my bike would fit
yours, just as Dave suggested. On top of that, they are not supposed
to be very expensive.
You can see them pretty well on this bike.

If you look at this catalog on page 13, you will see the carbon
fiber frame guards that GasGas sells as upgrades for the stock plastic
items. (Page 30 shows the frame guards, also.)

Got 'em. $30 from GoFasters.
That's better than the $250ish for the extremely lovely CF ones.
I'll have to weigh them.
assorted other goodies too.
...forgot to get O-rings for the exhaust. Those are supposed to cross
reference to a CR250, but I'm not picking the right year CR...
Damn UPS man let me down today. I should have a flood of parts coming
(back) this week. I am just so darned excited.
