I thought I'd ask this question while I'm healthy...

Does your health insurance company know about your dirt bike? What if they
did?

If you get hurt on the bike, do you tell the doctor exactly how it happened?
Some people falsify some of that information, I think.

Do insurance companies discriminate against dirtbikers?

Any dirtbike injury can be explained by saying you got *hit* by a
dirtbike.

If you do that, you will be endlessly hounded by your insurance company for
information on the accident. They will go to the ends of the earth to find
another liabel party to pay the expenses.

Personally, I'm open with my Dr. I let him know if the injury was moutain
biking, dirt biking, or falling down the stairs while doing laundry.

DUDE! Read the fine print. Most health insurance DOES discriminate
against dirt biking. ESPECIALLY RACING! Don't get hurt and don't
tell them what you were doing when you did get hurt.

It is a good thing here the law does not allow any kind of
discrimnation....

I have a good health insurance, full coverage, including, if needed,
heart transplant, cancer treatment, dental care and everything else
you might imagine. All this in private rooms in top hospitals...
