Hi. We just got the Mouse a TTR 125. I know it's not a MX bike, but
it's what we got. Because she rides at a MX track, I need suggestions
on how to make the bike more suitable for MX. Can I make it faster?
And if so, how? Can I put aftermarket suspension on it, and where do I
get it?

I know this will not be like having a real 85 or 125, but I hope there
are at least some options...

Thanks for your input.

Rowdy Mouse Racing, Go AJ, Matt, Joey, and K-T-Mouse...

There may be some TTR info over at thumpertalk, and at
www4strokes.com, and I'd be surprised if there was not a yahoo group
for TTRs.

Make it the chase bike.

Just not in the budget... If I could afford a proper bike I would have
one. We had to go with dealer financing as I did not have 1-2 grand in
cash I can spend on a used bike.... I have been out of work due to
health issues since last fall..

OK, here we go again.  The TTR is a trail bike.  You can do all kinds
of things to it, but in the end, you will end up spending more money
than if you just sell the TTR and get a race bike.  However, until she
is full throttle all the time, you don't need to worry much.
