Ordered a battery for my TW 200. FromBattery Stuff.com. Specified brand and
type. Quick shipping, but not what I ordered. They admitted it was their
mistake. But won't pay for return shipping. I won't be a repeat customer.
What they sent will work but not the quality I wanted. WW

that's too bad, it's a lot harder to get "new" customer
than keep an existing customer happy... guessing
they are not planning to be in that business as long
as their competitors....

I have a spare battery <dry> on the shelf
for my essential toys... add H2O & charge to go...
