Sweet.  We had one about 15 mins north of JPE that was on 40ish acres
and had a track.  I was tempted...ooh boy.  Now I gots to make my
own.  Lawdy.

I just checked out the pics - that really is a sweet property.  The
dirt on the track is amazing - makes me want to plant tomatoes...  We
don't have much flat/rich land like that around here.  Most off-road
trails up here look more like this (except generally without the
grass):

Dang, must have taken all the rocks in Tennessee and dumped them up there!
Yeah, that place has some great looking dirt and he seems to keep it well
prepped.
