One of my two new (to me) bikes - the GasGas 125xc (apparently
camouflaged as a 250). Been too sick to wrench on it, much less ride
it (or get out of bed for that matter), so don't ask.
I did repair the broken footpeg mount, but I'm short a spring to finish
putting the peg on.

Ever puke so hard that you're absolutely positive your stomach is going
to come out of your nose?

Imagine my suprise when I found they weren't on there. I didn't put up
a stink about it, but forgot about the obscene cost involved with
getting barkbusters mounted onto 'fat' bars. Bastard.

Agreed.

I did much worse, but I absolutely refuse to talk about it.

you have always wanted to weld aluminum, go for it make a set of bars
infront
of your bars thereby providing a neat spot to mount lights & other cool
stuff.
