PrairieRider & I just received short sale approval on a new garage
with an attached house.
http://li.chf2.com/li/p/1/50/829650-1.jpg
Plenty of room in the driveway for 6 cars, or multiple RV's (I'll be
adding a 30A outlet to the side of the garage). The 3-car, natural
gas heated garage has plenty of room for bikes. The garage is already
wired for a 220V welder. Any RMD'rs passing through will have a
place to stay (5 bedrooms, PLUS a rad fort in the back yard).
We'll have a couple of months between closing and moving in to make
some upgrades. The popcorn ceiling in the great room/kitchen has to
go. The kitchen will be gutted & rebuilt. Tons of hard work ahead of
us. Then again, anything worthwhile requires hard work.
Yet another big step foward into a wonderful new life. I feel truly
blessed. Big housewarming party this summer :-)

I hope you don't try to use this as a lame excuse to not come to Idaho
this summer...
Congratulations, Jeff. When you turn your life around, you don't fuck
around about it, do you?
You and Paula should have lots of fun with this little project. I'd
suggest shag carpet in the fort
Be really careful with your appliances. You know how you can be. (That
stupid little plastic paddle for our water dispenser on the 'fridge
cost $85!!!!! It's a damn good thing we don't trail ride household
appliances.)

Idaho is a go as far as we're concerned. Kitchen, popcorn ceiling,
and flooring will happen before we move in (knock on wood) in June.
We'll have ~3 mos. between closing and the end of the rental lease to
get busy.

Idaho is a given. Save us a slot in the Harrell compound.

I was going to rip up the wood flooring to see if there is shag carpet
underneath.
I'm looking forward to working with Paula as much as I am moving into
the house. We make a great team & enjoy the warm feelings that come
with the rewards of hard work.

Yikes! Looks like I owe you some beer. I think you shoulda rebuilt
it out of forged stainless steel. OTOH, when will I be around to
break it again?
