If I ride every Sunday...that's about 4 hours. Work is 37.50... in the
10:1 ratio I guess...

That sounds about right.
Even worse is my "wrench to ride" ratio, which is easily over 100:1.

I get out 3-4 hrs per month on average, probably.
I refuse to calculate how much of that month is spent 'at work',
though.

Work - 32 hrs per week*. Ride - one hour per week.
32:1 (good for pre-mix, lousy for me)
* When my co-workers ask why I only work four days per week my answer is
"Because I can't afford to work three"
