I have been having laptop and other connection issues for too long, it
has made it hard to keep things updated but I have this video of last
weekend posted to youtube now.

http://www.youtube.com/rowdymouseracing

Winchester NH Supercross. Girls and Womens running single gate drop.
Jessi starts on the right side of the screen on the 148 Suzuki.

She took third in the class for the day with third place finishes in
both motos. One girl beat her for second in one moto, another in the
other moto so she is really playing with second place. She is about 4
seconds a lap behind the current series leader on the SX track. She slid
off the peg once in a turn and messed up her ankle pretty badly, but as
usual, I didn't find out till the next morning! Just like race morning..
She had a stomach thing and made sure to tell me not to let anybody know
she was feeling like crap;)

The weekend was topped off by Raegen (#007) coming to the track. She and
Jessi were like peanut butter and jelly all day when Jessi was off the
track. She looks great with her Kawasaki green cast and as much as I
hate to admit it, I looked closely into her eyes and she seems just
fine. I am sure she will have a full recovery and be back racing next
season right on schedule. That was a huge load off of Jessi's mind as
Raegen was basically silent for the last 7 weeks or so. Stay strong,
007!

We had made some changes to the bike for this race thanks to the help
from Mike (Baxter, thanks Mike) and are going to do some further work on
the setup later in the week. I think if Jessi does some more corner work
and hits the double, double, a bit more aggressive on the whoop section,
she can take some wins this year even if she doesn't get a jacket;)
Really just comes down to seat time and of course we do a lot of that.

Anyway, I hope you all are seeing a different rider than you saw last
year, or even the year before (remember the pitbike?). Anyway, we are
going back this weekend for another round, wish us luck and if you know
any good sponsors;)...

Anyway, enjoy your machine this week all, that's an order!

Don't you hate it when that happens? I feel your pain.
Sorry Scotty. I watched Jessie's video about 10 minutes after you
posted it, but haven't taken the time to reply at all, 'cause I've
been busy and/or distracted.
She's looking good. That doesn't surprise me a bit; the early videos
showed me a young lady that was obviously working hard to learn and
improve. Tell her to keep up the good work. You too, Dad; good on ya.
Great news about Raegen, too. We knocked on the door of that room with
Scott, and I hope to never have to go where her family has been again
(been there, done that in the 70's with an older brother that didn't
come out as well as Raegen).
Please don't be discouraged by the piss poor response here, keep
posting. It's been cool watching Jessie progress.
