07 KX250F will blow all of the coolant out of the overflow after 1 or 2
laps. Bike runs great. I'm hoping it's the stock 1.1 radiator cap, could it
be anything else?

Yeah, what Mike said.
Also, although I don't know much about your Kawasaki's cooling system,
I do know that 1.1 is a "low pressure" radiator cap.
Standard Kawasaki caps are usually 1.2 to 1.4 (KX500)
Stock KTM radiator caps are, I believe 1.4 .
OMT. Have you checked your cap thoroughly, to make sure that the
gasket is lined and seated properly to seal against the neck of the
radiator? This often happens.
Good Riding and Wrenching to you!

I've checked the cap, looks good. I've ordered a 1.6 replacement cap. I
guess I'll know soon enough.

I changed the oil today while waiting on the radiator cap to be delivered.
It looked like milk, guess it aint the cap.
