Hey, man, you've got a good reason to be down :( but it sounds like
you've got a good attitude. I noticed you didn't talk much about your
plans for revenge, but that's best left unwritten!!!
Sounds like we missed a really good time in Baumgartner...maybe next
year. Congrats to Scott on his racing success, and heal well Tim.

Great write up. Thanks.
Congrats to Scott.
Cool deal riding with Taddy!
Take care of the knee/leg. You'll likely need it later on.

Thank YOU, and you're welcome.
Thanks for Scott, too. We're pretty proud of him (does it show?).
The Taddy thing was outrageously cool. I'm glad I have a really cool
boss that let me take the day off with all of about a 3 day warning.
There's an excellent chance we'll get to do it again next year too.
Taking care. I came to the same conclusion on the chances of needing
the leg later on. I choose "functioning".

Between my dad, my son, my last remaining riding buddy out here...
everyone I know has knee surgery or PT scheduled or in progress.
Must be contagious.
Extremely cool watching your offspring get fast and competent, isn't
it?

Huh. I probably caught it from you through one of those internet virus
thingies.

Yes, yes it is. After yesterday he's officially a qualified AA Enduro
rider for next season. He'll still be in high school. He's friendly
and respectful of other people, but oddly enough he's a sarcastic
smartass with folks he's comfortable with (not sure where he gets
that).
It's EXTREMELY cool.
