> Freakin' awesome report and photos!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. It's fun doing a report with photos.

Well, you probably didn't miss a whole lot on the ET highway. It
mostly runs through the flat desert stuff at the southern end of the
mountain ranges. If you want scenic beauty, you gotta hit 50. You'll
hit about 7 mountain passes on your way through NV. That's what made
us want to ride out there.

Actually, the sand and dirt was in absolutely primo condition, all the
way up to the snow. The only problem was at our camp and the howling
blowing snow up on Ophir Pass. Yeah, it was a drag slabbing it in the
rain, but it made for perfect dirt. I feel pretty forunate to have
been out in the desert in those conditions.

I thought that heart was so sweet! It reminded me of the little red
hearts that were floating above my head when I rode the Husky. True
love at its finest <G>

Yeah, I think I have been across 50 before (and 80 several times),
but it was a long time ago. I can see on the map though those
north-south mountain ranges you wrote about on 50. Particularly the 3
that parallel 376. I'd LOVE to ride that area. How far is it from
ya'll's house?

It was a 6-hour drive from our house to where we camped.

So...you read the report (obviously) and looked at the photos, and the
only thing worth commenting on is my spelling? That's bizarre...
