Sturd noted:
>Dungey looked weak and I heard that there was yelling
>and cursing from "The Man" afterwards. =A0 Seemed to work.
The first time I saw DeCoster was in Lexington Ohio at an Inter-Am race
(73?)
Roger DeCoster left nothing on the track that day. 101% both moto's
right up to a 2nd moto DNF (jammed trans). I think any current day
rider would have to pass out from actual exhaustion before "The Man"
would be satisfied that maximum effort had been reached.
I don't follow much of this stuff any more so my observations are
admittedly less than relevant.
Interesting read Sturd.
