 Hey Tim,

PSER events are really special aren't they?

My favorite was the day we rode with Malcolm Smith and Larry Roesler.
I remember Roesler coming by in some whoops at least two gears higher
than I.  Of course the everlasting memory is right after MS passed me
he slipped off a sidehill and I went by - so I brag I passed Malcolm
Smith in a race.  The PSERs had a birthday cake for MS after the race.

And, of course, the best ever "Tim running out of gas" story was at a
PSER enduro.

When you say "timekeeping" - do you mean non-ISDE rules ("old style")?

They still have those great medals?  So you and Scott got gold ones
with your class and position on the back?  I never did better than
bronze, but there was a day I was earning silver...

Elki passed Sunday morning.  We buried her with Ebony and Hershel.
