I am now sporting a purple sticker on my CR. I bought it in Oregon for
$10.50 at a bike shop. It is recognized here in California throughout
the year. In Oregon all they want is your VIN number. It can be
written on a scratch piece of paper and that is good enough. No DMV
bullshit. I can ride my bike all year round at Hollister. OF
