I got dressed, rolled out the bike and went riding today. Did a couple
of laps around the yard (I need to cut a couple of downed trees), then
went out to the powerlines for about 3 hours with Scott. We found a
bunch of new TST that could only have been made by our equestrian
neighbors. It rained on us continuosly, everything was wet and
slippery, the trails were brand new and totally soft with lots of face
slapping wet branches. I fell over a couple of times, including once
where Scott had to pick my bike up off of me after it pinned my left
knee (yes, that's the one I broke) to a tree, had to dab pretty hard a
couple of times, which wasn't too bad. I rode llike a spode, my timing
stunk, and it was freakin' fantastic!!!
My knee was obviously weak, but it let me go from sitting to standing
OK and never really hurt. This evening it is a little sore and tired,
but it'll be fine in the morning.
Tomorrow is supposed to be nicer than today, with intermittent showers
instead of steady rain. My gear is finishing it's trip through the
laundry, so I just might do it again.
WOO HOO!!!!

SaWeet! Glad to see you back in the saddle.

Me?  I rode the Kubota for 6 hours today, pushing show around in our church
parking lot.
