Stimilon Motocross Challenge - update
by DBStudios » Tue May 19, 2009 1:10 pm

Friends

It has been 7 long years... but its back! :yourock:

The Stimilon Motocross Challenge will be held Saturday June 20th, 2009
at MX338 in beautiful Southwick MA.

This event is limited to 500 and classes will be capped to ensure
everyone gets plenty of riding in. Saturday night is the big party and
Sunday we will offer a limited invite Open Practice to ride for the
day - Limited to 200 so everyone gets plenty of riding in. The idea of
this event is based a fun, no pressure format where you will get to
ride your brains out. Isnt that the reason we all started riding in
the first place? Plus, its Southwick!

This event was always marketed as "not your children's motocross"
because most of the classes are for Vet and Big Bikes. The way we look
at it - every weekend is for the kids - this one is for everyone else.
This allows us to do things a little differently, from the class
structures, to the laps, to the awards, the the party. And we even
have a few new surprises this year...

Speaking of doing things differently - we have tons of prizes and a
$5000 purse for this event. Prizes will be podium for every class
while the Main Events (bonus races) will feature a minimum of 15
minute motos and a payout 10 deep plus hole shot awards. Oh yeah - and
its $1000 to win each main - 250 and 450! Add in holeshot awards and
someone has the chance to walk away with up to $2300 - put that
against your contingency payouts.

We already have over 200 paid entries and several classes are nearly
full. If you know about this event and havent signed up yet, get on it
- we dont want anyone to miss out. If you have no idea what we are
talking about please check out this short video:

(this.href);return false;

All info is online - sign ups, cost, classes, format, goodies -
everything you need to know to get started. Click on the link above to
find out what you want. We have online sign up and even except Paypal
to make it quick and easy to get in and reserve your spot.

So where is TRM going to be set up?  Looks like I'll be in the big
area in the back lot, whatever that means...  I've never been there.
Should be a big group of NESR people set up back there though.  AJ & I
will be showing up tonight, gray Frontier 4 door w/ a trailer full o
bikes.  I'll be rocking a red boston moto hat, and possibly a New
England Street Riders shirt, depending on weather.  Hope to find you
out there!
