I think it needs a seat and a rear fender.

Other than that, it's a great looking ride!

What!?!? Can't you see the diamondplate serves as both seat and
fender? It's ready to roll!

I am inspired by the concept, but need to think how to get the idea
through dept. of motor vehicles... They are not going to plate a CR250
frame here in CT. Personally I would go with a padded seat and sorta
XR750ish fender, slightly taller bars than those clip-ons...

I should have read more carefully. Or thought a little harder. I mean,
it's obviously had a front end transplant, so... duh, why not
transplant the VIN number too?
"I inserted a 74' steering head in the frame to make it street legal
in NC."
Hmmmm... that's pretty tricky.
Maybe risky tricky if you aren't up front about it.

VIN 778108093629106
is that the TZ250 VIN?
perhaps the donor CR250 was hot.

This is exactly how <lying cheating politicians> do it...  you know at first
you change the meaning of words, modify facts, start innuendos, and pretty
much outright lie.

He says "CUSTOM" where I would say cobbled or jury rigged, he uses the term
"Inserted" where I would call it Hack job, "Lots of Interest" actually a
bunch of people going WTF is that or who the hell would drive such a thing,
and lastly "to make it street legal" has me going you liar, WTF, looks and
sound more like he did what people goto jail for, cobbling VINs (think chop
shop here).  Dollar to donut the CR250 was stolen, now it has magically been
transformed and being pawned.
