Changing (or at least trying) to change the bent handlebars on my kid's
CRF100 and the factory screws on there so tight that they're stripping. I've
tried heat, cold, WD40 and all the brute force I could muster but can't get
either to budge.
Last resort seems to be drilling them out and I don't want to have to
replace the throttle unit by killing the holes. Not having drilled too many
screws out, any suggestions for methodology or getting the screw out some
normal way? There's no room around the bracket to get a vice grip on the
screw.
Thanks!

Bought an impact driver. Loosened in 10 seconds or less.

Cool.
Search out and snag a couple left-handed (reverse twist) drill bits
for the tool box. FAR better than Easy Outs when it comes to that.
