Extreme enduro from a couple weeks ago.
Serious rock-gasm for those that like that sort of thing...

Jesus I hate rocks. My male family members could do rocks like that
feet-up, mostly. I ended up having to use both feet to push myself out
of where I got stuck just about every 20 feet. I can only stand on the
pegs for 30 seconds or so (don't ask, I don't know either!) before the
muscles give out, along with the coordination.
Jesus I hate rocks.

Too many freaks, not enough circuses.

In rocks especially, "Momentum is your friend.".
It takes a minimum of 12-15 mph to travel terrain like that and not
be deflected off course.
Good Riding!

That, full-out clickers, and a 300# bike helps too...
