Those might be new hydraulic locks. Are they aluminum? Mine were so
munged by a previous owner, I had to reshape them with a file jsut to
get a wrench on them to take the fork caps off.

Other than that, no advice, I haven't done a fork seal since my 99 200
and it had Zokes.
