I have no problem with PT. No pain = no gain. I can deal with pain.
I have full range of motion and plan to keep it that way. My left
wrist that was broken has more range than my supposedly good wrist. I
have full range now, but when the muscles clamp down over the big
floating chuck of bone, it freaking hurts.
Currently, I am taking absolutely nothing for pain or inflamation.
Nothing but ice packs for me up to 6 times a day. Now that I'm not
trying to lift my arm, I only hurt a few times a day and it's usually
the annoying kind of pain. I just try to relax and the pain goes away
quickly.
