A mini-fest, first week of August at Baum. Dennis is coming down on
Saturday 7/31 and I'll most likely go up then also. John Aiton is
attending, as well as Murray and Katherine. I plan to invite a few
other locals too.
I may have to tag-team in and out, my son and his lady are coming out
from FLA about the same time, they want to camp 7/5-7/8 or so but I
may need to drive back to BOI at some point during the week.
Shall I save a camping spot for you?

And if you're looking for a change of scenery, we'll be hooking up
with Tami and Eric at Kennedy Meadows in the Sierra Nevada Mountains
the first of that week, too.

I should be driving to HMT right now.
Some kind of make-up adventure is needed.
I feel like I've been playing catch up, poorly, for years now.
Finally got around to exploring my catastrophic failure from the race.
Not so catastrophic. The bolt fell out that hold the powervavle
actuator plate to the powervalve itself, allowing the PV to flop any
way it wanted to. That'll kill your top end.
I guess that would have lunched the piston and cylinder on some orange
bikes.
Zero damage, except to my pride.
I have the worst kind of good luck sometimes.
