apparently I should have bought
the multipack mega sack of jets....

I looked inside the ttr125 and found
the pilot jet was a 015, I put a 020
in there instead... it starts easy now
I didn't have a 120 main or any other main
to swap out the 105 that was in there...
105?? I thought 110 was stock, and I was
thinking of going with a 120, but I'm holding out
for warmer weather to mess with the main.
the clip was in the center, I left it there, but
may move the clip down (which moves the needle up)
or whatever you folks say to describe making the
gap between the needle & the gas bigger to fatten
up the midrange.. being that the driveway is ice
and the yard thick snow, a limited test run was done
the bike ran much better on the bottom to mid
seemed weak at the top, but it is only a 125 4stroke..

Just kiss the main jet with the next size reamer from an acetylene
torch tip cleaner.

i have indexed drills
& tip cleaners..... buttttt
I'd rather the number on
the side of the jet match what
it really is on the wife bike...
(who am i kidding, I'm the
only nut that's going to open that carb
and work on it so no one has
to know, well besides you)
john
used to do that to puch mopeds to
    get them to run better...

Put the needle clip in the bottom position.  Stock main should be OK.
