Well, I just ordered chains from one place and sprockets from another.
My wallet is all of a sudden lighter.

Better everday, but still has a ways to go. Holding my arm above my
head for extended periods (like washing my hair) causes the most pain
in day to day life. It's gonna be a while before it's 100% I
borrowed my friend's TEMS unit and have been using it. Between that,
Tiger Balm and IB profin, I'm good to go.
