During the Brno MotoGP race, one of the BBC commentators while talking
about an upturn in the Pramac Alice Ducati team fortunes, referred to
Luis D'antin as "crooked". My google foo is weak, and I haven't been
able to find anything on the internet about this. Anybody know what he
was talking about?
Cheers,

Apparently he was unable to pay wages and hotels bills to the point that
mechanics were locked out of their hotel rooms by the management, yet he
goes off and is able to buy himself a new Porsche and yacht. The new
purchases were the last straw, and a meeting was called between Alice &
Dorna (maybe others), and he was escorted out of the paddock and had his
passes removed. I read this on the BBC shortly after the event.
