More stupid rules Julian Bond 05-21-2008

It seems nobody knows what to do about 250GP. The latest offering is
640cc stock fours with a 16k rev limit in prototype chassis.

So slower than WSS600 then. And of course Aprilia and KTM don't have an
engine so will pull out.

- It can't be 2 stroke
- It's supposed to be cheap(er)
- It can't be anything like WSS600 hence the stock engines, weird cc and
prototype chassis
