Overpopulated.

Isn't that the way an aspiring series should be? I have to admit I
have not had a chance to watch it, but based on the results it sounds
like

(a) close
(b) contested

racing with a

(c) unexpected outcome.

On paper sounds good to me. Especially because Tomizawa didn't read
the RMR memo on the big Euromed Moto2 dominance conspiracy.. :-D

No joke: *NO* one *NOBODY* had Tomizawa on the radar screen. And to me
that is *great* for a series like Moto2: if it's predictable it has no
purpose. It's whole reason is to produce the next wave of real talent.
And if it's someone like Tomizawa, who comes out of nowhere, heckj, it
is awesome. We shall see.

What surprised/disappointed me some was that 1st and 10th were separated
by 20 seconds, and 10th and 20th by another 20. Too bad de Angelis,
Bradl and Simon went out at the start. But the racing was pretty good,
the bikes looked interesting, and the pace wasn't too bad, and should
get better. Thumbs up overall.

Having now watched just the highlights, I would say the racing looks
pretty awesome. People went out because it was hotly contested and
everybody is racing very hard. Some too hard (you know who you are) :-
D

The outcome was unexpected. Once Elias gets healthy... well we shall
see.

I give it a huge thumbs up from what I have seen. Looks mightily
interesting and entertaining. MotoGP, despite being an interesting
race, looked rather processional in highlight real comparison.

It'll be interesting to see how long it takes them to get the bikes and
tyres optimised. Technically, yesterday was interesting because we got
to see WSS mid day, and Moto2 in the evening. And Moto2 looked liked
undeveloped WSS bikes. All that wobbling and sliding will get tuned out
of them quite soon.

Of course, there's also the small factor of 20 in one race and 40 in the
other.
