So we've got 2 and a half more years of Mr Rossi. How many more records
and how many more championships does he have to win to cement his place
as "best ever"?

I can't help thinking that he should have a clause in his contract that
says if he wins a championship he can retire then and there.

Is Agostino's record for race wins within reach?

If he comes second in that final year, will he do just one more?

Following on from that. It's by no means certain that he will retire at
the end of the next 2 years with Yamaha.

Sure - I just looked it up from Allen's post, but I knew he was
getting close - he now has 65 wins to Agostini's 68.  He could get
that this season (tho it's unlikely, I think).

'Just one more' is a dangerous way to think, ime.

Since Rossi is my all time favorite Gp champ since Rainey, I think
Rossi should race for another 2 or so years since he seems to be
healthy and for the sake of being the Tiger Woods of attention to the
sport like no oher. I hope he beats Stoner and Pedrosa this year. If
he does he'll be back!
