As much as this may help Ducati race here again, it might also help
Buell's new bike too. we'll see...

What is it with FX and twins? 898s allowed in?
The big twin rules for the AMA seem to be somewhere between BSB and WSB.
So that's 3 different sets of tune.

Duc got pretty much what they wanted with them allowing aftermarket
piston's and I doubt they're too worried about the extra weight, isn't
that just about what you guys did?

I think in BSB the weight is the same for 4s and twins but they have to
run stock pistons. There was a face off and Ducati demanded aftermarket
pistons but eventually they folded. And the 4s have also been pulled
back. The top end is more or less the same but they have to run stock
cranks, conrods and pistons.

What issue was that in, Jules. This month has the launch of the 08
model, but no mention of the race kit.
