See the last paragraph. I can't figure out what they mean by a "creek"
holding up FIM approval. Does that mean they would change the track, and/or
possibly go outside the oval course? I've been there once and can't
figureout what they mean but I know outside the backstretch there is some
grassy area and I think indeed, a creek.

Going to Google images and typing in Indianapolis Motor Speedway will bring
up some maps of the track / infield areas. It may be that they're referring
to the water hazard along the infield road course.

It's too bad there's not a better shot to put the creek in perspective with
the road course.
