1998 1200 Trophy fuel starvation.

 

Has anyone else had problems with fuel starvation on this model? It will
loose power and die when run for long distances when fuel drops below 1/2
tank. I've run it with the fuel cap open and it will still do it so I'm sure
it's not a venting problem. Let is set a couple of minutes, choke it on
prime and it will start and run the rest of the tank out. (Usually)
