2002 Triumph Trophy 1200

 

Hi All,

    Looking at buying a used Trophy 1200 (Emerald Green) over here in Canada
and was wondering if anyone has any plus/minus about them. Has 18100 Kms on
it right now and very well maintained.
    My current ride is a 1987 Kawasaki Concours. Will I be pleasantly
surprised?

that's a lot of miles. i would pay for an expert mech to go
through and give a professional apprasil.
it may be perfect, it may be worn out. depends on the owner
and his habits. be very carefull with high mileage bikes.
i have a yamaha sr 500 i bought with 80,000 miles from a
mechanis and it's a dream. bit i checked him and the bike
out carefully.

 

18,100 kilometers..  sorry about that..roughly 13,000 miles.
