Thanks for the reply to my thread - I suspect the person who owned the
bike before me rode the brake - actually could see how someone with
little/no experience riding could do that, escpecially on the forward
pegs.
Just bought new pads, looks like I may need a new rotor as well. The
dealer sent me aftermarket sintered pads.
Nice bike you have there. I just googled it as there are none here
where I live (St. john's Newfoundland) Looks like there MAY be a
dealer here in the next year.

Got a windshield for Christmas - I was out in the garage Xmas day
installing it! looks great too - it's a clear roadster windshield made
in Canada by D2. Can't wait for spring - hopefully by then I'll have a
backrest too....
