Baron oil filter relocation kit parts required

 

one of the hose clamps on my Baron oil filter relocation kit has failed so I
need to get a replacement here in the UK, does anyone know what size they or
a possible source?.

I tried emailing Baron in the US a few times to get the sizes but no replies
