Subjects concerning the Majesty can be found at
http://www.bikez.com/msgboard/msg.php?type=bike&id !143 and many others like
news:alt.scooter etc...

A primary safety concern we have is if there is Any aftermarket Seat-Lowering
options?

I have a mind to just take the whole seat off and saving it for long Hi-Way
cruises. On gradient parking, tippy toeing it is hazardous, and cause some loss
of control if a 1mm throttle is applied.
The wide sticky seat was a big mistake that no other scooter had, but then Brake
linking is not my preference either..

Is there a aftermarket Seat-Lowering option, or one from MBK/Yamaha where they
are made in France..?

Other than that it is a great scooter.....

So for the Hell of it, I took the seat right off, I mean the Seat case
covering, you know, just the four bolts that hold the seat layer and the
adjusting platform...

It looks weird without the foamy set and support, all is flat to and
fro, and it sits like a chopper with the handle bars up pretty high, but not ape
hangers or nothing.

Without the seat it is an easy both flat feet on the ground and bent
knees to boot for easy backing up, real neat and comfortable for the 60 rainy
miles I added for this test . Without the seat adjusting platform, you have all
the long bolting slot holes that hold the upper seat platforms, this would get
the storage area wet in the rain, wet, but a towel or light plastic platform
would cover that....
