Excellent.

I'm going to ride it at 1:00 tomorrow.  Thankfully, the guy who was supposed
to show up this evening didn't show.  Right now, bikes are hard to come buy
in my area at a decent price.

because of all the fairings and the way the airflow is directed quite a bit
of dust and vapor can collect inside. don't worry about it. as far a
scratches go a little elbow grease with some white polishing compound will
help. There are few spots on the internet where you can get paint sticks or
touch up bottles of the original colors.
On your test drive, find a level spot and start out in second gear (lug the
engine) with minimal throttle, you're checking for excessive driveline slop
here. A little chug chuga is ok but listen for excessive banging. Check all
electrical functions. let the shocks down to the low setting and while
sitting on the bike air them up to the high setting. look for error codes in
the CASS window on the right side. Also check operation of the cruise
control, its the one thing I really miss on my new bike.

Thanks a ton.  I actually woke up in the middle of the night worrying about
how to test the air ride...

The bike only has 14,800 miles on it, and I'm having a very difficult time
finding one anywhere.  This one is just around the corner, which is amazing.
I was willing to buy on eBay and pay the plane fare to go get it.  The price
he's asking is a tad high, but not much.  I think he'll negotiate though.

Hopefully I'll have a good report tonight.
