I have a 2007 V-Star 650 Classic. Tonight I installed the Yamaha
windshield and the headlight stopped working (both low and high beam).
The wires weren't pinched at all. Could the bulb have gone completely
bad from being jarred around a little while installing the windshield?
I can't imagine it was jarred more than it would be if I went over a
few bumps.

Any suggestions?

Did you remember to plug it back in after installation of the windshield
brackets?
Captain Doh! always forgets the obvious.

Looks like I have some power coming to the connection. I inspected the
bulb and the elements were still intacts and I got full continuity
readings on all three connections too.
