WTD: Virago 750 or 1100

 

Hi all,

Sorry for the cross posting, but I'm in the UK and wanting a Virago, hence a
Yamaha and UK newsgroup.

As per subject line, I'm looking to buy a Virago, either 750 or 1100.  I've
got about £2000 to spend (providing I can get that for my Bandit, which is a
bit lower than Parkers says it's worth).

I used to have a 750 Maxim and loved it and would like to go back to this
style of bike.

I have done searches in altavista.co.uk and google (gave me a few links, but
nothing really that I could buy) and also looked on biketrader and ebay.

So, does anyone know either : someone selling a nice Virago for my price, or
know any websites I can look at?

I'm in Nottingham, so the closer the better, but am prepared to travel a bit
for the right bike.

Thanks for this, but it's red, not really sure it's my colour.  I should
have said, ideally I'm after a black one, but I think I might have to wait a
bit for one to turn up.
