I got 94 1100 Virago same basic motor with 53000 miles on it and runs the a
top.

The motor that they put in the v-star is about bullet proof. The cylinders
are ceramic. As long as its regular service, I would put it up against any
bike for long miliege. Most of all bikes in the past 10 years are capable
of alot more than people think.
