Its a V-Star 1100, year 2001. Could anyone tell me where the wiring
harness is grounded? Hopefully its not multiple hard to access

where does the battery ground go? that's the point. or is something unusual
here?

There could be multiple grounding points, my speedo illumination,
running lights, and head light sometimes all flicker at the same time,
while riding, not standing still. Almost like a loose wire or a
rubbing wire. I was wondering if there is more than the main battery
ground. Ed

that is possible. but it sounds more like a hot wire. did you check the
junction where all the lights connect? it's usually in the headlight. pop of
the glass assembly and look. you have a vtvom or continuity tester?
