Just a quick question. In new Jersey when installing passing lights, do they
get wired to the low beam or the high beam. I thought high beam but someone
said that I need to ware them to the low beam. Thanks

Don't know if there are any legal issues in NJ but in Florida I have mine
wired to the battery through a relay (optoelectronic) that is activated by
the 'running lights'. Since I am using a Cobra light bar it has a built in
weather proof switch if I would ever want to turn them off. I can safely
reach around the windscreen to access the switch but never have turned them
off while in motion, just to be safe.

It's those extra headlights on either side of the big headlight.
